ORDERS AND SHIPPING
The production of the jewelry is done one by one and by hand, so after placing the order, the piece will take 7 to 10 working days to be made, excluding shipping and delivery time, unless otherwise notified on the website. This period may vary depending on the complexity of the part. Please note that during holidays this period may change slightly.
Orders for multiple products will be shipped together unless otherwise requested. Please send an email with your request to info@marianaarroyo.com and we will agree on what is most convenient.
Since all our jewelry is handmade, there may be slight variations between pieces, which makes each one special and unique.
- DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Shipments within Spain will take between 48 and 72 hours of transit time, unless there is a problem caused by environmental causes.
We work with a responsible shipping company, however, once we have delivered your package to them, we cannot be held responsible for the contents of the package or any delays in delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Order cancellations can only be made within 8 hours after payment has been made, as most of our parts are made upon receipt of the order. We manage a small stock of product (Parts Ready to Ship) to ensure that there is as little waste of raw material as possible.
All jewelry is made with the greatest possible care and dedication and with the desire to be twin sisters, even so, if you feel that the product has any defects, please contact postventa@marianaarroyo.com within 7 days of receipt of your order.
To make your return we require that the parts are unused, unbroken or unaltered and be shipped within 15 days of receiving your order. Immediately upon receipt and once we are sure that the conditions stated here are fulfilled, we will proceed to refund using the same payment method or if you prefer you can request a promotional code with the exact amount to be used on our website.
